The 12 seasonal color palettes
Each of the four seasons splits into three palettes, named for the quality that dominates. Undertone is warm or cool, value is light or deep, and chroma is clear or soft.

Bright Spring

Soft, cool and light. Watercolor pastels with a blue undertone and low contrast.
True Summer
Cool and gently muted at medium depth. Rose, blue and berry tones with a soft finish.
Soft Summer
The most muted cool palette. Smoky, greyed shades that blend rather than contrast.

Muted and warm. Sunlit earth, sage and dusty terracotta with no harsh edges.
True Autumn
Fully warm with golden undertones. Spice, harvest and forest shades with real richness.
Deep Autumn
Dark and warm. Deep earth and spice tones with weight, plus a few jewel-adjacent darks.
